Pastor Chris The Man
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, born on 7 December th, 1963 in Edo State, Nigeria, was raised in a family of faith, surrounded by loving and devoted parents. He is the youngest son of elder T.E Oyakhilome. Angelina, one of the pioneers at the Assemblies, of God Church in Benin City, as well as the matriarch of Oyakhilome’s Oyakhilome clan, who instilled her divine grace in her son at a very young age.
The LoveWorld ministry includes all members of the family. Reverend Ken is his brother. He is the beloved pastor of Christ Embassy’s Houston Texas Church and a member of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. KattyWorghiren serves as the director of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry(LMAM) in which many gospel musicians are among the top-selling in the world.
Pastor Chris is blessed with two daughters, Charlene and Carissa Sharon. Carissa Sharon decided to follow her father’s lead in sharing God’s Word with the world. The name is CSO (Community Service Organization) She is a skilled gospel artist and part of the LoveWorld Music and Arts community.
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began his education in Edo College. After a scholarship was awarded to study the field of architecture at Bendel State University (now Ambrose Ali University), he received the BSc degree in Architecture, and an honorary Doctor of Science. He has also been awarded an honorary doctorate from Benson Idahosa University in divinity. It was Ambrose Ali University when he was called by God to be a priest and serving the Lord.

Alongside preaching the Gospel, the Man of God has created NGOs with a a mission of delivering vital services and hope to the in need, the poor and forgotten souls. COFI has five partners who support it, all of whom are dedicated to improving the living standard in the remotest areas.
COFI’s umbrella covers the InnerCity Mission ICM (ICM) and the Volunteer Medical Corps VMC (VMC), Trauma Care International Foundation /TCIF, Future Africa Leaders Foundation and the Bible For All Mission. Each of these groups works to enhance the health, life, and spirits of those most in need.
