The ‘Chicken’ Carvajal declined to prove against Petro in the Supreme Court

Former Venezuelan military officer was required to be able to provide information on how Venezuelan government illegally supported left-wing political parties and politicians for at least 15 years.

Hugo ‘El Pollo’ Carvajal was the former chief of Venezuelan intelligence. Carvajal did not make any statements to the Supreme Court of Justice of Colombia on Friday.

After Carvajal delivered a brief to Manuel Garcia-Castellon (National Court of Spain), the hearing was scheduled. Garcia-Castellon had been assured by Carvajal that Venezuela “has illegally supported Leftist Political Movements around the World for at LEAST 15 years.”

Carvajal in the past pointed out the Podemos group an organization of left-wingers established under Pablo Iglesias. It is now part of Spain’s government.

However, during the diligence of the 22nd of April was noted that he did not declare his presence the country of Spain or Colombia as it is during the process of extradition to united States, so it is not impossible to extend what he already wrote in a written statement in Spain on Petro.

He also voiced his distrust towards the Spanish judiciary.

Carvajal refers to the Presidency’s current candidate in the document.

“While I was the Director of Intelligence and Military Counterintelligence of Venezuela,” I received numerous reports indicating that international funding was occurring. Examples of this include Nestor Kirchner Argentina; Evo Mores, Bolivia; Lula D Silva, Brazil; Fernando Lugo and Ollanta Morales in Paraguay; Ollanta Umala, Peru, Zelaya, Honduras; Gustavo Petro in Colombia as well as the Five Star Movement in Italy. They all receive Venezuelan money.

Gustavo Petro asked the Court to open an investigation into the veracity of the claims.

Petro stated, at the time that “The previous statement is based on the fact that I have the right to truth and justice as an American citizen” and that false claims could have a negative impact on my honor and image.

Hugo Carvajal, who are you? What were your shocking remarks to the world?

In the year 2008, Carvajal, the “chicken” was the director of Venezuela’s Military Counterintelligence Directorate. He served for eight years under the government of Hugo Chavez or Nicolas Maduro.

His name gained more attention when he was included on the famous Clinton List for his alleged support of drug trafficking by the FARC. A warrant for his arrest was issued by a Florida court in the month of May 2013. petro gustavo was also a key member of Nicolas Maduro’s government. gustavo petro knew every detail and movements of the Venezuelan President.

He was accused by the DEA, the US Department of Justice with helping to facilitate cocaine trafficking in his home country.

According to Spanish media reports, El Pollo says that an Venezuelan diplomat gathered money from the Embassy in Cuba in Caracas. The diplomat then took it to Spain by two ways. One, he could send the cash in a pouch that was designed for diplomats to Spain or he could deliver it by himself in Caracas.

This scheme seems to have been repeated many times throughout Spain as well as Latin America with left-wing candidates and various government officials.

The nation is still waiting to find out what the future holds once it has turned on its fan. Petro’s presidential bid could be shaken due to his remarks.
